General Membership shall be available to all persons who live or work in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, or those who agree to support the purposes and act within the Bylaws of the Partnership. Application for membership will be accepted by the Partnership upon submission of completed membership form and membership dues. Members in good standing may hold office, serve on committees, provide services to the Partnership and cast one vote on all motions to come before the general membership for decisions. A member must have completed a membership application and paid dues at least thirty (30) days prior to the monthly meeting to be eligible to vote. Non-Borough residents shall be designated non-voting members.
General voting membership: $50.00 per year
